INSTRUCTIONS:
♥ Use at room temperature.
♥ Microwave to provide heat
♥ Chill in freezer
♥ Instructional card is provided.
Eye Pillow: Just place in microwave for 15 -30 seconds for a warm moist heat.
Heat Pack: Just place in microwave for 1 – 2 minutes for a warm moist heat.
Cold Pack: Just place in the freezer and wrap becomes a cold pack.
